Terms of use

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Giffi OÜ about using unblockedio.games. By using the Service you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. About us

unblockedio.games (the “Service”) is operated by:

Giffi OÜ
Registry code 12483222 · VAT EE102711349
Erna põik 12, Suurupi küla, Harku vald, 76907 Harju maakond, Estonia
hi@giffi.ee

2. What the Service is

The Service is a free, community-curated directory of browser games. We list links to games published by independent developers on their own websites, show information about them, and let users vote on them. We do not develop, host or own the games. Some games open on the developer’s site; others are shown inside our page in a sandboxed frame, but they are still served by the developer.

The Service is provided free of charge and funded by advertising.

3. Accounts

  • You can browse and play without an account. Voting, submitting and claiming games require one.
  • You must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.
  • One account per person. Keep access to your email or sign-in provider secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy).

4. Submitting games

When you submit a game you confirm that:

  • it is free to play in a web browser and publicly available;
  • it does not contain malware, scams, phishing, gambling for real money, sexual content, hate, or anything illegal;
  • the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

We automatically read the game page’s public title, description and preview image and copy the image to our servers so it can be shown in listings. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display the information you submit for the purpose of running and promoting the Service.

Every submission is reviewed before it is published. We may decline, edit, re-categorise or remove any listing.

5. Voting and fair use

Votes must reflect your honest opinion. You must not:

  • use multiple accounts, bots or scripts to vote, or buy or sell votes;
  • scrape, overload or try to break the security of the Service;
  • circumvent bans, rate limits or the sandbox around games;
  • use the Service for anything illegal or to harm others.

We may remove votes, listings or accounts that break these rules.

6. Game developers

If you own a listed game you can claim its page by proving control of the game’s web address. Once verified you may edit the title, description, image and contact details. You must keep that information accurate and lawful. We may remove the verified status if control of the address changes.

If you don’t want your game listed, or a game copies yours, contact us at hi@giffi.ee and we will act promptly. See also the developers page.

7. Reporting content and moderation

Anyone can report a game with the Report button on its page, or by emailing hi@giffi.ee. Please explain what is wrong and why, include the link, and tell us your name and email (not needed for reports about child sexual abuse material).

We review reports diligently and without undue delay. When we decline or remove a game you submitted, or restrict your account, we tell you what we decided and why. You can ask us to reconsider by replying to that message within six months; a different person will review it. You may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the EU Digital Services Act, or go to court.

Our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the Digital Services Act is hi@giffi.ee. We communicate in English and Estonian.

8. Intellectual property

Games, names, logos and images belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not mean they endorse us. The design, code and brand of the Service belong to Giffi OÜ.

9. Third-party games and links

Games are third-party websites with their own terms and privacy policies. They may show their own ads, offer in-game purchases or change at any time. We check games when they are submitted, but we cannot guarantee that a game is available, safe, suitable for every age or free of errors. Play at your own discretion.

10. Our responsibility

The Service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party games or websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these terms. For material changes we will give signed-in users reasonable notice. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will explain why unless the law prevents it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Consumers may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (www.ttja.ee).
